How to Use

  1. Moisten Electrodes: Lightly dampen the electrode areas of the chest strap with water before wearing.
  2. Attach Sensor: Secure the sensor module to the chest strap, ensuring correct left and right orientation.
  3. Adjust Strap: Fit the strap snugly around your chest, just below the pectoral muscles.
  4. Connect to Device: Use your preferred app or device to search for and connect to the heart rate monitor.
  5. Post-Workout Care: After use, remove the sensor and clean the strap with a dry cloth.
